Today your action is to bring mindful awareness to the nagging, critical voice in your head and respond with self-compassion. Put your hand to your heart in that moment for some subtle reassurance. At the end of your day, recall one of those moments and try a self-compassion break. You could also take this one step further and do a little written reflection on your day.
