Action: Step 3

Today we will do 2 action steps...

  1. Remind ourselves that "self-care is okay, self-care is needed" whenever we hear the nagging voice in our head.
  2. Designate a space in at both home and school where we can do a little mindfulness practice in our day. Remember it could simply be a chair in a room or a space in our car. Nothing fancy required!
